WHO WE ARE?
The main challenge of the typical small and medium sized wastewater treatment units as they either cover low-medium capacities, rural/mobile areas, distributed regions or underdeveloped regions, is the access to trained operators or equipment. By closely monitoring and consulting the operating WWTPs, we in MATRIX group have dedicated our combination of design expertise and consulting 30+Y industry veterans, to focus on “Simple and Reliable Operation”. Therefore, the focus was on easy operation, maintenance, stream-type treatment process, rust-free, reliable tank, and equipment material, small sludge production, ability to withstand hydraulic and organic shocks as well as meeting high treatment requirements and cost competitiveness.
This combination required complete A-Z review and assess of current designs and innovating in almost every aspect of the system, which leaded to patents and inventions in different parts of the system. After a tense technological R&D period, the result was satisfying as our products could meet almost all of the mentioned goals.
MWWs (Matrix Wastewater Treatment Systems) are patented, complete package of easily operated and maintained system, closed-lid odor-free and aesthetically acceptable, low sludge production, designed per project, durable materials of tanks and equipment, MBBR open-loop treatment process which needs almost no control for BOD, COD, TSS, TKN, TP, Coliform reduction to meet highest standards of effluent water for clean and safe irrigation or disposal.
